It is difficult for me to objectively assess the fragrance, which I consider subjectively brilliant. The smell of the more difficult ones, called "grandma's" by many. Well, apparently this is how fragrances that are not easy to perceive are defined. For me it is a cross between Samsara and Shalimar, two fragrances "not for everyone". Creamy amber and ylang-ylang, sandalwood and iris overshadowed with the smell of incense and all this with a strong aldehyde opening ... For many, the mixture is too complicated and for some - including me - wonderfully soft and warm, but with a claw. For lovers of sweet dessert gourmand or fresh citrus scents it is unbearable. And good, I love to smell differently than most and I can take a bath in Arpege.

A beautiful vintage fragrance! Soapy, cream and classy. However, I recommend testing before buying - in the office, where it is known not everyone loves retro, the girls asked me not to wear it anymore

The perfumes are very expressive, heavy and intoxicating. Slightly incense, aldehyde. Floral, sweet and creamy chords are strongly noticeable. Feel some tincture, spices, gingerbread, i.e. the contents of the sideboard. They develop better on the skin than on the blotter, but I noticed that on the skin they go out after about 10 hours, on paper it lasts forever. Absolutely not only for connoisseurs, not for stole, for dresses. I think that you can, and even should, use them on a daily basis, in moderation, of course, on cold days, for jeans, for wool sweaters and scarves. Yes, to conjure them up a bit, give them lightness, air, break them.

I am looking for perfumes other than those created today. I bought Aprege in the dark. After the first application, I didn't know what to think. The opening was strong and expressive. My first association is dandelion !? Later it was better ... it feels like soap, but also sweetness and sharper chords ... A bit like the smell of some thickets, I do not know the bushes ... This smell has something ... As for me it is not obvious and not at all old age. .. It may sound strange but I like to smell myself when I'm wearing this scent. My husband said I smell like a lady 😉 I don't know how long-lasting it is

The fragrance for "museum workers", women who understand retro and vintage, remember such fragrances for loved ones two generations back. Certainly not to the office or clinic, but to the boutique, museum or library. Like most fragrances created in the interwar period, it was heavy and uncompromising, determined like a breath of hot air. Not for novices and ladies before '40.

It is a fragrance that is difficult to bear, definitely for connoisseurs with a sophisticated taste. You have to mature to it, just like to Shalimar or Chanel 5. Hardly fussy noses will not be delighted with it, unfortunately. And maybe good. The beginning of the fragrance is cool, it reminds me of a greenhouse full of cloves. Then, slowly, it warms up and more oriental notes come to the fore, I would call them "gingerbread". A definitely evening fragrance that requires elegance in dress and behavior.

I agree with the opinion is a fragrance for connoisseurs, and classy women need this fragrance to mature I love it

How should it be "contemporary" as it was created almost 90 years ago? This is a CLASSIC. For WOMEN and not for girls. It has a slightly "retro" style, but it certainly does not mean that it is a fragrance for "older ladies". It's a fragrance for connoisseurs. Rather after 30.

I love contemporary Lanvin Eclat D'Arpege. But these have nothing to do with that smell. I bought a sample and if anyone wants to try I also recommend a mini sample. The smell is very heavy
having nothing to do with contemporary fragrances for the evening.

Lanvin fragrance compositions are full of emotions and thought through to the last note. They will always improve your mood and add your famous french style and parisian elegance to your style.
One of the oldest fashion houses in Paris was founded in 1889 and in your work for a long time it has not been limited only to clothes and fashionable accessories. Not only Lanvin perfumes have won the hearts of many women around the world. All Lanvin fragrances have in common that they are fresh, timeless and always elegant. The legendary Lanvin Arpège, which the founder Jeanne Lanvin created for her daughter's birthday, will caress you with expressive notes of vanilla and sandalwood.
The velvety sweetness of lilac, peach and peony combine in the intoxicating Lanvin Éclat d'Arpège. In contrast, Modern Princess Eau de Parfum with its sparkling fruity-floral composition pays homage to modern women who decide their own fate. And you will enjoy the fragrance as radiant as true love thanks to Lanvin Marry Me! The purely floral heart adds a captivating charm to the fragrance, while the musk combined with the cedar wood provides a harmonious base.
The french fashion house lanvin already has a long tradition that dates back to the early 20th century. The lanvin brand is famous for its timelessness, simplicity and elegance. In this spirit, the arpége pour femme perfumed water is also preserved.
In the first seconds you will feel tons of fresh bergamot, wonderful peach and delicate lily of the valley. Then, the aromas of orange flowers, sparkling green tones and the mysterious honeysuckle will join these tones. The intriguing heart combines floral accords of rose, pure lily, playful camellia, charming iris and exotic ylang-ylang. The gentle floral heart is spiced with a pinch of coriander. The end of the fragrance consists of woody tones that are enriched with romantic vanilla and spicy patchouli.
The bottle's design is inspired by geometric lines. Oval shapes are reinforced with black and exclusive, golden details. The theme of the picture of mother and daughter shows Lanvin herself, who is getting ready for the ball.
Lanvin Arpége pour Femme perfumes will emphasize your personal charm and unique charm. Perfectly complement the evening and day outfit.

Feels wonderful on your face, very light, moisturizing, you don’t know you’re wearing it. Eavens out the complexion and is just fantastic for people with clear skin that just needs a bit of luminesence. 10/10
Good price for a good quality. But while opening the perfume bottle, the cap is squeaking loudly. Its the best to spray it max 2,3 times. Not more, not less
