Mascara flakes off and washing it off borders on a miracle (unless someone wants to have a black panda under the eyes).

Lash power Clinique mascara, although it is not a waterproof mascara, meets the conditions of a waterproof mascara, i.e. it does not smudge when crying or tearing.
That is why it is so difficult to wash it off with water at normal temperature. Perfect to remove it with very warm water.
