I struggle with quite high sensitivity of the teeth, which is the result of having delicate enamel. By using this paste regularly, I can enjoy hot coffee without feeling discomfort or grimace on my face. It actually protects and properly cares for my teeth. As for the whitening effect ... Very subtle, but I didn't expect anything spectacular.
I haven't noticed whitening effects, but it is my favorite toothpaste - it doesn't irritate the gums, it doesn't "bake", it foams and the breath is fresh after washing. I highly recommend.

Good price for a good quality. But while opening the perfume bottle, the cap is squeaking loudly. Its the best to spray it max 2,3 times. Not more, not less
