Marc Jacobs was born in the 1960s in New York and graduated from the Parson’s School of Design. He presented his first collection under his own name in 1986, and a year later he became the youngest awarded designer in the world. The nineties were equally successful for Marc Jacobs. He founded his own brand and then became the creative director of the Louis Vuitton mod house, where he created the first ready-to-wear collection in the company's history.
