It absorbs quite well, leaving no greasy film on the skin. Light formula, rather non-greasy, but I personally did not notice too much hydration or nutrition. It works well in summer to keep my hands moisturized, but in winter it couldn't cope with dry skin. Hence the conclusion that it is a cream more for spring and summer.
