Very cool serum, I use every morning to stimulate the skin around my eyes. The applicator slightly cools the skin, but it is a pleasant coolness. If someone is using for the first time, I recommend massaging the serum under one eye first and wait to see the difference between the other eye. I was soooo big! I would recommend!
