The brush is really great. I don't pull my hair out that was a priority for me. I especially recommend it for long hair.
This is my first brush because so far I have only used combs and I am satisfied - brushing hair is definitely in better shape, I have to wash it less often, I think it is also more shiny - generally it's ok!
