My hair after applying the product was to be shiny and smooth, but unfortunately the cosmetic did not give the desired effect. I am satisfied with the product. I have medium thickness hair - they are not very thick but I have a lot of them, they are strongly wavy and tend to dry out and crumble. The product helps to tame hair. They become softer and frizz-free. Smell nice, non-irritating (as for me). With proper application (heat sources: dryer, straightener) will definitely bring the result of tame, smoother hair. As for regeneration, I'm not sure but I think that the product leaves a protective layer on the hair and the ends I still protect with oil. I recommend.
