I would include it in the category of mild peels, sugar dissolves quickly, and apparently the seeds in it are not so numerous, so they do not hurt. It is quite efficient, I used it for about two months. Plus for the possibility of applying the scrub also on the lips - it does not irritate or dry the delicate skin of the lips.
