I treat the conditioner more as a mask. I wash my hair, wipe it with a towel and then apply the conditioner along the entire length. I put on a shower cap and a turban and I walk for 15-30 minutes depending on my needs, then rinse with lukewarm water.
Already after the first application, the hair is clearly smoother, softer and more nourished. After prolonged use, I noticed that the hair is stronger. I definitely recommend it!
