I've been using it for several months (probably the third pack) and only in the morning, so with such use it is quite efficient. I clean my teeth with a sonic brush, so I don't know if a similar effect will be obtained with a regular brush. I would recommend. I consider a high price to be a product's disadvantages - I don't see others.
