This is an interpretation of the classic and timeless Guerlain Vetiver water. Despite the note "extreme", however, this is not an intensified version of the original, there is no question of only an increased amount of vetiver or a greater concentration of the fragrance. Vetiver Extreme is a completely different position while maintaining the character of the original. While in the protoplast a great deal of emphasis was put on the fresh and citrus side of this grass, in the later version we deal with a darker and less crisp version. Vetiver Extreme is a walk through brushwood where each step releases an intense green but bitter plant smell. Vetiver is smoky, woody - typical for varieties of this plant originating in Java. The background complementing the composition is a delicate stream of incense, devoid of church connotations in this case. This is not cold smoke rising directly upwards, but rather the aroma of a dying bonfire gently smoldering. That it was not so clearly wormwood-scent was supplemented with sweet licorice, which allows you to balance the composition without giving it confectionery associations. The fragrance is certainly difficult and requires a certain familiarity in the world of perfumes but gives a lot of satisfaction from wearing. I would recommend!

The aroma is dry, masculine, original - unfortunately, like the latest Guerlain products, not fragile: 2-3 hours and there is no trace of the smell ....

Good price for a good quality. But while opening the perfume bottle, the cap is squeaking loudly. Its the best to spray it max 2,3 times. Not more, not less
