Great product, I apply about 5 donuts for dry or wet hair overnight. If wet, I braid 3 pigtails and in the morning I have nice waves like from a hairdresser. Hair is softer and less dry and smells great. They don't really fry.
When it comes to long-term nutrition, I am using it too short for me to give a reliable assessment.
